I saw one of our local newspapers from the 50s, and a front page article said something like "John and Rosa Jones had a party on Sat. night, and some local teenagers (gave names) drove by and revved their engine, shouting and laughing. Those kids!"
You would NEVER see anything like that in a paper these days!
